Bach Club
At Springbach we...
believe growth never stops. Bach Club is our space for continuous learning, curiosity, and connection. It’s where we share what inspires us: the books we’re reading, the ideas we’re exploring, and the conversations that push us to think differently.
Why Bach Club?
The name is a nod to our mascot, Bachi, and our commitment to always stay in tune with change. Just like great music, great teams are always learning, practicing, and evolving.
The Spirit of Bach Club
We don’t just read to get smarter at work. We read to stretch our thinking, spark conversations, and connect as humans. Sometimes the books fuel how we coach clients. Sometimes they just fuel debates about who would last longest in a longevity experiment. Either way, it’s about continuous learning… with a big dose of fun.
Our Commitment
Bach Club isn’t just a book club. It’s a reflection of one of our core values: lifelong learning. We believe the best ideas come when people are willing to listen, reflect, and grow together.
Our Ratings
We’ve got opinions. We don’t always agree, but we always vote. Think of it as our own confidence check, not scientific, just a little collective fun after each book.
