Marketing department uses lean-agile principles to empower employees and get more done
Trained the Marketing team and launched an Agile Release Train consisting of long-lived, cross-functional teams with the goal to “stop starting and start finishing”.
We aligned around the department’s objectives and key results and made building up the capabilities of the internal team a priority to make sure the new processes were sustainable.
After 3 quarters, we improved predictability, communication and employee morale. Marketing now delivers predictably.
