Business Outcomes Workshop

Duration: 8 or 16 hours | Recommended Class Size: Minimum of 7

Pre-Requisites: Self-paced pre-work sent in advance

The Business Outcomes Workshop is most commonly conducted at the beginning of a digital transformation to frame the objectives of the transformation. This interactive workshop for executives and leaders will generate real discussion about why the organization is embarking on a transformation and what we expect to achieve as a result. 

We will prioritize business outcomes, identify the agile outcomes needed to support the these business outcome, assess current capabilities and create a transformation roadmap. Most importantly, you will leave with an information radiator to visualize the roadmap and track progress throughout the transformation.

Learning Objectives:

1. Understand how focusing on Outcomes, not Outputs will help the entire organization achieve its goals 

2. Prioritize the business outcomes that are a priority for the organization

3. Identify success measures to show progress towards those business outcomes.

4. Assess  the agile outcomes that will help accomplish those business outcomes.

5. Create a visual information radiator for transformation for Team, System, and Org
