              Root Cause Analysis Workshop
Duration: 3 hours | Recommended Class Size: Minimum of 7
Pre-Requisites: None
Root cause analysis provides a set of problem-solving tools used to identify the actual causes of a problem, rather than just addressing the symptoms. In this structured, problem solving workshop, the facilitator will creating a thinking environment for team members and leaders to determine the root cause od the identified problems using techniques such as The 5-Whys and the Ishikawa Diagram.
Using this information, we will create a well-written problem statement and brainstorm potential solutions. Most importantly, you will leave with a better understanding of the people, tools and processes needed to address the problem(s) and an improvement plan to inform your transformation roadmap.

- Identify the biggest root cause using Pareto analysis 
- Define the problem in a well-formed problem statement (what, where, when, impact)
